Victoria is built on programmable hardware and firmware, which allows you to keep your unit fully up to date. The design also makes it easy to configure all your electrical interfaces using just 2 BNC connectors. We have paid special attention to the optical connectivity by including most connectors and wavelengths.

Traffic bandwidth trace of total and active ATM channels

Tracing Victoria is a powerful analysing tool able to register all types of events at transmission and switching level. Facilities include time graphs and histograms, filters, search, identification and quantification.

Functions, the Macros enable automatic, pre-programmed measurements with the press of a button. The Autoconfiguration detects the whole signal structure. Fastscan explores the alarms and errors in the synchronous tributaries.

Touch&Play ©, the simple syntax and the touch screen offer you the most natural and efficient user interface on the market.

A rugged hand-held, Victoria is fitted with an impact resistant jacket to provide the best possible protection.

Downloading, all models of Victoria include a serial port for remote control, to connect to a printer or to export results to a PC for processing with spreadsheets or text processors.

Commissioning and maintenance of the new generation of networks NGN. All of them call for an overall view on all the SDH, PDH, ATM and IP layers.

SDH/SONET installation and acceptance test for SDH and SONET network elements like ADM, Multiplexers, Cross Connects and Regenerators. Testing is performed from 64kbit/s up to 155Mbit/s using any of the international interfaces, and by means of the Mux/Demux modes, G783 pointer sequences and optical measurements.

Installation/acceptance of access networks
The last mile in high speed networks is provisioned in at least three different ways: ADSL in the pair, WLL in the air and WDM in the fiber. The AAL1, AAL2, AAL3/4 and AAL5 management is key to this process.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Suppliers guarantee the quality of the service offered to their clients by the ATM connections: cell loss rate (CLR), cell misinsertion rate (CMR), cell error rate (CER), cell transfer delay (CTD), delay variation (1-CDV and 2-CDV) and inter-arrival time (IAT). The results can be printed out and delivered to clients as evidence of compliance with the levels required.

Internet maintenance

The surveillance centres perform long-term in-service measurements (ISM). Victoria SDH/ATM/IP is equipped with the IP Ping function and IP probe for studying the application traffic.
